Marg Haza (b. 1990, Miami, Florida) is a Dominican-American emerging artist. Her work explores self-discovery through touch, intimacy, and cultural reawakening. Her Dominican and Middle Eastern roots inform a practice centered on memory, layered identity, and emotional repair. Through a diasporic lens, she navigates cultural distance, familial ties, inherited trauma and nostalgia. Working primarily in oil and acrylic to form layered figures, Haza experiments with weaving, embroidery, and textile elements to bring a grounding, tactile energy to her practice.
